Club Information:

Location: River Hill High School

Here are the following practice dates:

March 10, 17, 19, 24, 26
April 14, 16, 21, 28, 30
May 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28

Elem/Middle Times: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (up to 100lbs.)
High School Times: 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Club Fee: $150 for competition membership
(Includes: t-shirt, technical expertise at practice, coaching duties at select competitions)

All wrestlers must have a current USA Wrestling card.

Club Philosophy:

The club is aimed for wrestlers of all ages and ability levels. The club is focused on Folkstyle in the Fall and primarily on Freestyle and Greco Roman wrestling in the spring. The objective of the club is to develop wrestlers into a more technical and smarter wrestler. We will emphasize technique as well as cover the tactical approach, various match strategies, and harness an overall understanding of the sport of wrestling and what it takes to become a CHAMPION!
